Starbucks - Farragut

Starbucks is dependable and that's a good thing nowadays.

I wish I could give zero stars. I went through the drive-thru today and ordered three drinks - two cold and one hot. They handed us the drinks in a carrier, which was a good start. However, as soon as I removed the hot drink from the carrier, the top popped off because it wasn't securely put on. The hot coffee spilled all over my hand because the cup was filled to the top. It burned my hand and completely ruined my mood.

This is an amazing destination for lodging, dining, golfing, and relaxation! They offer both an inn and huts, as well as a pool and spa. The service is top-notch and the food is fantastic. It's only a 2 1/2 hour drive from Knoxville, Tennessee off of I-75.

Ordered iced chi tea with less milk and more tea. They are so accommodating ?

I ordered a hot Venti white mocha, which I have done many times before. Instead of receiving the Venti size I ordered, the woman at the window gave me a Tall. When I questioned her about it, she insisted that a hot Venti drink wouldn't fit in a Venti cup and gave me a Tall size instead. I ended up with an iced coffee instead of my original order. I paid $8 for this coffee and received this type of service. It seems absurd that a Venti drink wouldn't fit in a Venti cup.
