Five Guys - Farragut

This location usually does a great job, but today was a different story. It's been a tough day, and my poor mother can’t even enjoy her burger. I hope they'll offer to replace it, but since they're far from home (closer to my workplace), that won't be any help tonight. If you're getting takeout, make sure to check your order before you leave!

Five Guys is a must-visit! It’s not your typical fast food experience. The service was excellent! I enjoyed a delicious double burger just the way I like it, along with an abundance of fries—more than you could ever reasonably eat. The dining area was clean, but I had to sit in the front section because the back smelled like the restrooms were quite dirty.

Where do I even begin? It took an eternity for us to get served, and despite the fact that there were hardly any customers, nearly every table was dirty. The restrooms were in poor condition, and if there was a trash can, it was overflowing; otherwise, there was just an empty space where a trash can should have been, filled with garbage. It really felt unclean. To make matters worse, our bill for two burgers, one order of fries, and two drinks came to over $40. Oh, and now we’re not feeling well.

Diligence in sweeping the peanut shells off the floor gets another 5 stars. Clean place, cooked to order fresh and hot when I picked my order up at the counter.

Had an amazingly moist cheeseburger fixed exactly like I wanted. Not a fast food burger and fries! Soo much better. Shake was thick and add ins are free. Try it!
