Fresh clams. Our server Sierra was wonderful. BYOB with free parking outside and in the lot behind the restaurant.
Everytime I come home, I try to find a new restarurant in the Central Jersey area and support small! I'm glad I did with this one! A unique restaurant that serves farm to table, with a changing menu based on the seasons. Don't be fooled from this little spot, as they served some of the best salmon I ever had. It's a small location enough to fit about 40-50 people inside. We were served quickly on a Sunday afternoon and had a chance to check out their latest menus. On the inside there is a wall that shows were all of their ingredients are from within the tri-state area. Very cool! Glad to support local and I think you can taste it! Highly recommend and we will be coming back here regularly to check out the next creations!
Harvest is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. True local, farm fresh ingredients, cooked served by locals who have a passion for their craft. The menu is always changing, which I love. The options blend between classic and refreshing new dishes that pop with flavor. The service is very friendly and welcoming. My favorites have been the short rib, apricot goat cheese crostini, and the recent mole pork chop. The entree sides have been perfectly paired to round off plates flavor nutrition profile. I feel so great after eating here, this is nutrient dense food no doubt. I'm not a big dessert guy but my friend insisted we split the chocolate mousse cake. Absolute heavenly! Not too heavy, went perfectly with coffee to end a delicious meal.I can't wait to go back here especially in the summer when the farm is in full swing. Thank you Harvest, you rock!!! Parking: There's parking in the back that can fill up pretty quickly. Try to arrive a little early
Love this place. So cute and fresh, delicious food.
Have not been to the Harvest in a few years and decided to venture over to Farmingdale and try it out again. I must tell you that Rita took really good care of us and the food was to die for. I mean, it was really, really scrumptious. I had the petite fillet and scallops and my wife had some Chrostini’s and a mushroom soup that was beyond my wildest dreams. “I never knew mushroom soup could be so good”, said my wife. It is absolutely worth the trip to give this farm to table style restaurant a try!
