Loved the starter nid everything else was better then expected. very satisfied with everything.

This is one of the sound that they really feel their assessment for the fear that it becomes popular and not in the position to get a table over and over again. the atmosphere is very beneficial for talks, no loud music, even if it sits under the loudspeaker. eating is seasonal, so there is no great choice of eating food to confuse and the chef has the balanced palette. I had three courses and did not feel inflated or fed. the wine on the glass is a good quality wine and can be matched to the menu. the lower line is that, we loved it so much we went back within a few days and it was just as good. we're coming back.

We went to my man's birthday, together with his mother. she is the fraught esser on the planet and even she found something on the menu she could (and did) eat. my man had the blue cheese brûlée and I had the potato and soup for a starter, both were delicious. my mother-in-law had the blue cheese brûlée as main course, my man had steak and I had the fish and chips. all three meal times surpassed the expectations that the steak was made to perfection, the fish was in a crispy, but soft and fresh inside, the chips were boiled three times and very tasteful! we split a cheese plate to finish while mil cream had brûlée. the cheese plate was much for two and the cream brûlée was cleaned quite quickly. excellently round and very attentive and knowledgeable in front of the house staff. highly recommended.

Sadly we were very disappointed after reading great reviews and our to celebrate my 60th birthday. The lady behind the bar was very pleasant and friendly. The starters were good however the few locals in were very loud and intrusive and seemed unaware of us as diners. We both had lamb stew which was poor quality and the chunks of meat and veg were too big to eat without cutting up which was difficult in a small casserole dish. It was also far too salty. A very disappointing evening .
