Blackstone Steakhouse - Falun

Was here with work, evening meal, I did not choose the restauarant. Everyone happy with their steaks etc but I chose the vegetarian option they hadnt so many. On the menu it sounded great, a chick pea and mushroom (plus other ingredients) steak instead it was two small patties, similar to mini hamburgers of the deep frozen version, they tasted okay but they were very small and did not fit the description on the menu. VERY disapponted. Plus had problems the next day with gas in the downstairs dept. Not recommended at all very disappointed, especially as the rest of the staff enjoyed their meals.

The concept is cooking your own food on a rock. After the first few times its geting tiresome so then the only choise is the pizza. This was a tasteless experience and the waiters didnt even have the knowledge to recommemd wine. Overrated place, look elsewhere unless its your first time.

I went to this restaurant for dinner and the staff was very friendly in explaining the process of the meat that comes served on a hot (400°C!) stone platter. The dish comes with two sauces of your choice, as well as the option of fries, baked potatoes, or salad. We were seated outside, which was lovely. The outdoor space is secluded and even heated if necessary, allowing you to enjoy your meal outside even if the weather is cooler. The interior is really cool, with a fireplace, stone walls, and lots of iron decor. If you're looking for a simple and delicious dinner with good meat, this is the place to go! Enjoy!
