I didn't get a receipt for starters. it was as if they took part in brain surgery to get a reception. I asked about cookies and was initially told that “Subway stopped selling cookies.” When I asked the personal about the cookies, I was told: “This place does not bake cookies on Saturdays and Sundays.” I sit and have lunch with my family. we saw how customers receive “probably treatment”. after eating, I ask for the key to the toilet room so I could wash the hands of my small child and I was denied access to the toilet room. when I asked for a statement why we were not allowed to use the restroom, especially when a sign is released that the restroom is only for the payment of customers, all that we receive was “it is not my problem” for a reply. we paid customers and were still denied access to the toilet room. this is when I ask for the name of the employee, because I definitely contact the company office. this employee refused to give me information. I will complain with a formal complaint and use the information listed on my input to find out who this person is. I am not at all important for the subway, but it was literally too foot to where we were
I do not recommend this place at all! the guy had such a terrible attitude. I ordered through the subway app and chose order pickup. When I called to let them know I'm out, the guy told me it's just a sub, so I have to come in. I explained that I couldn't leave my dog in the car (separation angst problems). he continues to hang up the phone, comes out and started talking to me aggressively because he doesn't come in. I courteously explained again, to which he replied to word, “Not my problem. I also have a dog, you open the window and let air in.” Thanks for the sub with a side of chips, drink, attitude, aggression, talk about me and make me stupid.
The guy has a very bad attitude. Always impatient, snappy and acted like customer was at fault. He should not work at a place where he needs to communicate with people. That store is very close to my house therefore I went there 3 or 4 times. Every time he served me, he always gave me nasty attitude. Women are better at customer service, but need to improve the language skills. Owner, if you are reading this post, please take care of the guy who is not professional and lack of customer service skills. If I want subway next time, I will go somewhere else.
I came in in the nick of time because they were preparing t close the store for the evening. I came here because I had been suffering from food deprivation for most of the day, and for the last several hours, I had been thinking about a meatball marinara sub from this place. There was only one other customer in the restaurant when I arrived so ordering was fast and easy. I ordered the foot long meatball marinara sub with provalone cheese, black olives, and those tasty red bell peppers. Salt and oeppere was added per the suggestion of the lady working behind the counter. I appreciated the way that she evenly added the toppings across the entire foot long sandwich, not just like them in the middle which has happened so many other times. When I got to my car, I took one great big bite to satisfy my stomach. The sandwich was good as I expected.
The staff and manager are horrible and do not know what they are doing. The managers name is Jorge or that is what he told me and he does not know what he is doing. I asked him for the customer service number and he said he didn’t know it. How can you be a manager and not even know that. They deserve a 0. The place is messy and clearly they don’t care for the customers. Worst experience ever.
