Starbucks - Falls Church

6270 is the best Starbucks location I have been to so far!! The service is amazing, the drinks are great and the stuff is terrific. The team is very friendly and professional, they know their repeat customers and they know their favorite drinks. Special shout out to Nawar, Jacob, John and Melvy for always being positive and attentive.

I am extremely disappointed this stores manager, Aiden. Today, I simply requested some extra cream in my tall coffee. To my surprise, Aiden informed me that providing more than 3 ounces of cream would come with an additional charge. However, it struck me as unfair when I observed other customers ordering extravagant concoctions with multiple pumps of various syrups without any issue. I pay $3 for an 8-ounce coffee and merely ask for a blend of coffee and cream, to my liking and yet I was met with a firm refusal and the requirement to pay for a larger size. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of service from Starbucks. The employees' behavior was unbecoming, and their willingness to argue over a pricey cup of coffee is beyond comprehension. As a side note, it's worth mentioning that $3 could easily purchase half a gallon of half-and-half, further highlighting the disparity between cost and quantity in this situation.

Starbucks is overrated. There 's no denying it, and their prices are laughable. I wish they 'd focus more on smoother blends, as a lot of theirs have this burnt Seattle aftertaste that isn 't pleasant. Will it wake you up? Absolutely! The coffees here tend to have a lot more caffeine in them. That can be a good thing if early in the day, but problematic later on.One drink I always like is the mocha frappe 's. These are absolutely delicious. Customer service here is very good. Nice folks here, and they definitely work hard, to handle the near insane sales volume. The store checks all the boxes. If you 're in the area stop on in.

Every morning l drop by for a hot of grande pike coffee to help me wake before heading out to work. There are some staffes who working very hard to serve and to give all of customers a big welcome greeting asa some one reaching to the door. But specially,Thalia a ship manager is working very hard more than other. Well done, well done 7 corner Starbucks. I have been telling them, you guys have to be very carefully because you don't know whenever the big Boss will be stopping by.Keep on working hard guys, that is The American way.
