Dunkin' - Falls Church

The mobile ordering at this restaurant is consistently slow and often inaccurate.

This restaurant used to be my favorite spot for breakfast, but after my visit this morning, I do not plan on returning. The service was poor, my bagel had chocolate smeared all over it, and my donuts were haphazardly thrown into the bag. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and will not be coming back.

The manager at this restaurant is extremely impolite and displays racist behavior. The atmosphere is consistently unpleasant. They should replace the manager with someone who is friendly and attentive to customers, and educate them on how to scan online vouchers. Overall, the service is subpar.

That is not a good dunkin’, going elsewhere. coffee is really bad and the customers seem an annoying roll for the staff.

There were 3 people in the store and it still took them almost 10 minutes to get me my coffee. It was a black coffee.
