White Castle - Fairview Heights

This is the worse place to eat customer service. Long story short... I placed my order for 12 of the 1921 sliders. I stood next to the counter and waited for my food for 30 minutes for my order. My friend and I were the only 2 customers in the restaurant to eat inside. When I finally got my order, there was no excuse because no one had made my order. This store has to let someone come from the company and move these employees through the customer service. I had to give this place a star because I first post it. I refuse to come back to this place.

For the woman who runs through today and on the window you are amazing. My food and drink was ready when I came into the window, you had a smile on your face, happy and helpful I hope you have a wonderful day and you did a great work my sandwiches were awesome I love white castles!

There are no White Castles where we live in Colorado. We usually buy frozen in grocery store. I think the frozen are just as good as the restaurant, but my wife insists that the restaurant is better. We both enjoyed the burgers.

The workers were polite, but we waited for 20 minutes when there were only 3 cars in front of us. Not from the fan of the sliders and the chicken rings are okay.

I spent 12 minutes sitting next to the order box. Then I spent 10 more minutes at the window waiting for food. Handed me my drink with no straw. We 're out of straws. No, can 't order onion rings, we 're out of onion rings. Then I realize that the same girl was working the grill, the fryer, taking orders and handing them out! Not worth the time right now!
