Mcalister's Deli - Fairview Heights

Ordered takeout.....Our order was 10 mins late from what the online order said and then sat for an additional 10 Mins before they told us it was ready. Apparently arranging straws on the counter from the woman that was supposed to be paying attention to customers was more impotant. Our first and last experience at this location. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

I ordered the chipotle bacon chicken spud and was very disappointed. I drive 15minutes for this potato once a week and this time the chef must've been going through a rough day because they topped my spud with black burnt bacon. I am so upset. How could they even think this was okay to pass on? Did they think I wouldn't notice. I guess I will have to find a new McAlister's to visit for a while. Highly upset.

Team members were very unprofessional at the Fairview heights location. All my food was wrong and thrown on the counter by an employee while I watched her do it. Then tried to apologize when she saw me sitting there when she shouldn’t have done it in the first place

Our family loves mcalisters! from the menu choices of the child to the many choices for the rest, they can simply not go wrong I enjoy mcalister’s cobb club. it's one.

They often forget things. also I did not even order to secure the bag by doordash and mcalisters. so the supplier cannot mess with them.
