Crafty Crab - Fairview Heights

Barely anyone inside. Took 15 mins and waving down the waiter to get our food ordered. Waiter takes our order and brings one claw breaker….. said we only have this one and we just got a table in so they need this extra one. Only 4 tables in the whole place. Then when we get the ticket the waitress added an extra 50 dollar meal. Then when we said something they wanted to look through our to go order. It’s a mess I honestly wouldn’t recommend going there. Manager Joanne rude, waitress was incompetent. Very poor service2 people 153 and best they would do if we didn’t let them finger the boil bag to check out food after we bagged what we didn’t eat in Togo bag was 5 off . Read the reviews!!!

I ask for Garlic Butter mild but I must have gotten spicy and no butter.

Loved the food even tho they were busy and was low staffed that evening. They did a great job with trying to our needs and order in a timely manner.

The owner is terrible at running a restaurant and she's rude the food quality has declined drastically

Do not come to this place ,it’s a waste of time .Im currently here with my sister and they have no bartender , they don’t have any cracker to crack your crab legs to enjoy them . This is by far the worst experience
