The Fairlawn

Took my steak 3 times to the back to recook it after the 3rd time steak still was bleeding asked for medium well and then after the 2nd time I asked them just make it well done and this photo is the last straw they did take it off my ticket but ruined my lunch and appetite

Sadly one of the worst places I've ever eaten. Got the white fish it was awful mush. Salad was generic garbage and the fries were guaranteed older and frozen. Everything comes from cans. Dirty condiments. Waitress was all pussycat. Just bad. Don't go.

First impressions inside of the place is blah. I ordered the black and bleu burger. The burger was good. My kids ordered the fettuccine with pasta. They poured way too much sauce in the plate. They also had the French fries. The fries were bad.

Arrived to chaos. Hostess said she didn't know where the menus were so she walked away. The owner came around after 5+ minutes and sat us with kid menus. Our group was four adults. Waited ten minutes for adult menus. Asked the server questions about menu, she had to walk away and get answers multiple times. When the server was asked if we get dinner rolls or bread with meal she answered rolls. We explained that do to dietary restrictions we could not have bread with seeds, she brought rye bread to table. The bacon on filet mignon was raw. The new York strop was Grey. Both steaks were cold when they arrived at the table. We chose two stars simply because the server was trying to do her job but obviously had not been properly trained for the level of service she was expected to perform.

Food was good, nothing too exciting. Big portions for the price. We ate and were full...four adults under $50. Service is slow and not very friendly. Would get Togo but probably not gonna eat in again. Heard good things about the place from friends and family, didn't really get the hype.
