Firehouse Subs Market Street - Fairlawn

Some of my staff went to a class. Customer service was excellent. I ordered her new Prime Rib Sandwich. Wasn't impressed. Flavor was okay. The chips were baked and delish. Your confetti sugar cookie was extremely soft and buttery. Overall, it was a nice tryout place.

This place didn't make my order right the last three times I was here. Since I'm just standing here, I'm waiting for her to remake my sandwich for at least 15 minutes, my penance must be to make my sandwich right. This place is called firehouse? When people in the firehouse worked like they were all in trouble.

This is the nearest place I live and I had to travel for 30 minutes. We have the Prime Rib (only limited time) Sub and it was SO SO SO GOOD! The most friendly staff ever. The woman looked outside and saw me fighting with my blind mother, she ran outside and held the door for us and made sure we were all right and the same as we were gone. Come back 100%.

My husband and I had always wanted to try this place, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious.

I have never, let me repeat that, I have never been let down by the club on a sub. I'll actually share with a friend so I can get them hooked on the delicious mouth watering sandwiches like I am. I can't wait for one to open closer to home. When that craving hits it's an hour to two and half hour drive for that holsome satisfying art of work that is Firehouse Subs.
