Pros, GREAT COFFEE! I recommend taking a bag of coffee beans home.But again, a great cup of joe. I've only eaten breakfast here, and we love it. Nice urban atmosphere. Staff is always great. They usually work the wait line down quickly (like 5- 10 mins on busy days). Get your menu at the beginning of the baked goods display case. While you decide, you can window shop all the yummy pastries. Out door patio is right on the street. But if you don't mind sharing, there is plenty of seating.Cons, parking is limited, so be prepared to park in the back or at other businesses. (READ POSTED PARKING SIGNS). Staffing can get limited, so be patient. The max I've waited is like 30 minutes from parking to food at my table.But for the most part it is quik and easy here. The Warehouse was one of the highlights of our trips to Fairhope! Definetly a must go! My mom had the cinnamon roll and I had a honey bun. (Unfortunately not pictured because we scarfed them down so quickly! We got some donut holes to go. I enjoyed an ice white chocolate mocha. I can’t wait for our next visit to go back and try some menu items like the grits! The staff was so friendly and helpful.Their patio area is pet friendly and the inside is so adorable!

Went for the first time this morning and I ordered the bacon and Brussels hash and it was beyond delicious!! A huge serving consisting of potato chunks, tons of bacon, shredded Brussel sprouts and shaved parmesan cheese. It came with 2 eggs that I had cooked over hard. The warmed up leftovers for supper were just as amazing. Highly recommend.

These beautiful people went above and beyond to create a decadent Key Lime Cream creation for our Anniversary on 24 hours notice when our original bakery failed us.We haven't the words to describe what their kindness and the beautiful cake meant to us.Shop with them, have lunch with thrm, you won't be disappointed!

Bacon and Gouda Croissant is out of this world! I paired mine with a Cafe Au Lait with Honey... Definitely a great choice!
