Bean Counter Cafe - Fairfield

Bean Counter Cafe was a pleasant café right next to the Fairfield station. While vegan options were limited, it was the most welcoming café on our walk around the main shops. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were nice. There were many seating options, including indoor and shaded outdoor facilities. Serving sizes were good. The café is pet-friendly and has water bowls from the front for use.

This café has a quite relaxed atmosphere and they have a few delicious vegan cakes. No vegan hot chocolate option :

We enjoyed the coffee at the Bean Counter Cafe. I had mine with almond milk. Service was friendly and I noticed many vegan sweets on the display. There are many outdoor seating (bring your dogs with a courtyard). We weren't there for a meal, so I can't comment on meals. But if you want coffee and cake (lamington someone? that is a great option.

Only a few (pretty boring) vegan meals and employees were not very knowledgeable about which meals were vegan or veganized. Good vegan cakes and drinks available.

My Omni boyfriend and I visit BCC at least once a week. I usually get an almond milk iced coffee (order a large it’s massive!! and a vegan cake slice. Perfect brunch spot!
