Jimmy John's - Fairfax

Got a sandwich from here and was the wrong meat when I got home then got interviewed by the owner AJ saying it couldn't be his store that made the mistake. His eyes and body language show signs of being under the influence

This is a great location of Jimmy John's. I typically order in person, so I cannot speak to accuracy of orders using the app. In-person, the staff are very friendly and always get orders correct. The ingredients are fresh. I usually take my orders to go, but this location is clean and the food is consistent. I recommend giving them a try.

Husband placed to go order 15 min before he got there and did it for asap. one guy was sitting. another in the back. no to go order. couple walked in first and husband inquired about to go order (unwich). guy took other people's order first and fixed their order before the late to go order. husband finally gets home and the unwich is just the lettuce with mayo and tomato. NO MEAT, NO CHEESE. so pissed and now he doesn't have any dinner. Ridiculous!!!!

Placed an online order for two subs, a bag of chips, and a drink. Order was fulfilled correctly and on time. The subs were fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend this location for a great experience.

Just had an awesome experience! The food is always excellent but what stands out the most is the interaction with the employee named Jack. He went above and beyond to make my experience great. Please give this guy a raise!
