Pizza Hut - Fairfax Station

We have always loved the pizza here, but our recent experience was disappointing. The pizza was dry, had very few toppings, and lacked flavor entirely. The cheese was also very sparse. Overall, the quality has really declined significantly.

When I got home, I noticed that the pizza had different toppings than what I had ordered. The box had my name on it, which indicated that it had been prepared correctly. Despite the mix-up, we decided to enjoy the pizza ourselves and sent a thoughtful prayer for the people who might have received our intended order. Overall, I'll continue to be a customer, and I understand that these things can happen from time to time.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in years, and it seems we chose a particularly bad night to go. The pizza was disappointing, and they forgot to include the crust sauces. The breadsticks and wings were overcooked and unappetizing. Fortunately, I checked the bag before leaving the parking lot, as the wings were missing. We had to return and wait while they prepared a new batch. Sauces can be a personal preference, but we found the spicy garlic wing sauce to be almost sweet, while the marinara sauce was watery and lacked depth. Overall, it was not a great dining experience.

The so-called manager luchi is the worst manager I've ever had? He has no idea how to deal with customer service. They sent the wrong order, and when I called back, he said he will send another one in 15 minutes, half an hour later no order, so we called back and he told us not to order pizza hat. I have never experienced this kind of mess where this restaurant makes a mistake and then tells the customer not to order it again. Does your customer service MR. Luchi or Leechi have anything???

Bad customer service and pizza. Last pizza, they forgot the sauce. Last 2 times, requested curbside pickup, they never brought it out. I had to go inside both times after indicating on the app that i was there.
