Dos Banditos - Fair Haven

This is a hard review to write because I really wanted it to be great, but my experience just wasn't. The Elote was really good! But many other items I tried to order weren't available they had run out (and this was a Saturday evening). I finally ordered a veggie quesadilla and when it finally came, there was a large hair in it. I returned it and ended up just ordering a cheese quesadilla. I took it home to eat at this point, but didn't like it very much. On the other hand, my husband LOVED his rice and steak tacos and tres leche. Maybe we'll try again and if ingredients are there, we can order other things.

Amazing Mexican spot. Aqua Fresca made fresh. Food was on point! Great vibe and staff super friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I 'm in for the weekend after a rough week at work. I order from here because the food is amazing. Seamless tells me the food is ready, and when I arrive it 's not where I 've previously been told it 's supposed to be and honestly the signage isn 't clear (The food is behind [me] , except what 's behind me is either the door, a half-wall, or an empty shelf). Nobody 's at the counter so I ask someone sitting down if he knows the place well or works there. Two counter workers then bolt forward and I ask where my food is, because it appears it 's not where it 's supposed to be. As the guy 's handing me my food he makes a huge eye-roll at me. Was I a little too frenetic because I 'm still carrying a rough week with me? Sure. Did my confusion merit the blatant passive-aggression? No. Guess I 'll be ordering somewhere else next time I 'm in town for the weekend.
