The staff working around 7pm on august 19,2022 was incredible! You see it was my sisters birthday and she just passed this recent November. I asked if for her birthday I could claim her birthday drink as a rewards member. The baristas cried with me and it was so nice to just be seen and heard in that moment. To not have my grief be invisible. To the baristas yesterday I hope you know you do more than make coffee you really have the power to change peoples day for the better. Thank you to this staff for being genuine and just experiencing this moment with me. I?ll cherish it forever I would hug you all if I could. Thank you guys so much! Truly made my day better. Went to Starbucks 42371, 11/25/22, noon. Would have normally gone to a local coffee shop but all were closed. They were out of everything. Waited 27 minutes for a black coffee. You can have that dysfunction. Never again Starbucks!
Only giving a 1 star because 0 isn?t an option. This place is horrible and I made my last trip this morning. I?ve giving them multiple chances but it?s the same thing every single time. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes no matter if you go inside or the drive thru. I pulled up at 9:30am and left at 10:13am for 1 cup of coffee that I paid $7.25. When I actually got to the window to get my drink it still took another 7 minutes to make. Waiting 43 minutes for coffee is beyond ridiculous! You don?t even wait that long at a high end restaurant for food. The whole operation is a cluster and management doesn?t seem to care. I?ll take my business elsewhere and support local.
This one star rating is for over a year of consistently poor service. Usually the baristas are nice but it?s the way they operate that is terrible. Believe the other one star ratings, there is usually a long wait at the drive through. I?ve been sitting in line for 30 minutes as I begin to write this review. Sometimes I have to leave due to running late because I didn?t expect a 30-45 minute hold. Sometimes I have left the line after waiting over 20 minutes to go pick up my drink in store and it?s still not ready, and there are also many people inside waiting as well. Sometimes the drive through will be closed at random, so you drive there and have to change plans. I usually order on mobile so I have already prepaid my order before dealing with the hold up. Management should look into their operations as they clearly can?t handle whatever is going on to cause such problems. This is the closest Starbucks to me and now I avoid it when I can or drive 15 minutes to the next location. It shouldn?t be that much of an inconvenience and I know many others will agree.
