The food is good but not amazing. Portions were hearty and the service was fine, but the food was slightly under seasoned. I'm not saying it was bad; I would definitely eat here again if a friend wanted to, but it's not something to go out of my way for.
I wish I could give a 4.5. I really like this place. Crazy I'm just getting around to my review. My family loves it and we will usually pick this place when in the area. The portions are generous and not expensive. The fried Mandu is crispy with juicy filling. A must. For dinners we got the spicy ramen with mandu inside as well. Very tasty with the right amount of spice and the noodles were not soggy, which can easily happen. The Galbi is absolutely amazing and my favorite. The ambiance is very casual, nothing fancy but adequate. My only issue is they have a very limited beer selection (3 beers), but that's just knit picky, unless you're a die hard beer drinker I guess. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants great Korean food.
My family and I have frequented this restaurant and absolutely love it! The pork Mandu is a favorite for all of us even my 12 year old daughter. One of my go tos is the spicy Mandu ramen. Has great flavor and the noodles are not soggy. The LA galbi is another one of our favorites. You can?t go wrong with marinated short ribs, green onions, topped with sesame seeds. The staff is always very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend if your looking for great Korean food in Columbia county!
I love supporting local businesses like these. The interior looks like it was a country restaurant previously, so the ambiance is super casual. The ban chan was very yummy. What an experience! This restaurant is a hidden gem two steps away from the beach and very close to the broadwalk. Sardelli's is four stories high with a different vibe on each floor. The food was absolutely delicious. We were started off with focaccia bread with a whipped ricotta spread. We were also served a complimentary cream of vegetable soup that was delicious and served on beautiful bowls. I ordered the rigatoni and it came with sausage, short rib, and a humongous meatball. It was so good! We finished the night with the ricotta cheesecake. Each course was perfect. The service was 5/5 as well.
