Humboldt Soup Company - Eureka

A surprising culinary experience that surpasses other soup and sandwich shops. I had the grilled beef sandwich and the grilled onions made the sandwich exceptional. This has to go to the restaurant. And don't forget the ginger cookie. Yum.

I have soup to add my epic grilled cheese. The tomato basin was satisfactory.

So delicious. The service is always friendly. The food is always good and there is much to choose. Had only the Thai chicken salad that was delicious. My recommendation would be to add something Sriracha that was missing because I am on the street today. Could get a mini bottle lol

We initially thought we were having soup for dinner, but were pleasantly surprised by the diverse options available at this restaurant. Before placing our order, we were offered a sample of a delicious and hearty sweet soup, which was the only vegan choice. We ended up ordering the power bowl, the good bowl, and coconut chia pudding for dessert.

Out of the four people in our group (two of whom are not vegan), none of our choices met our expectations. The only vegan option, the hearty sweet soup, was a thin, salty broth with some vegetables in it. The carrots were not fresh. I also ordered a power salad that was overdressed, with some of the veggies being mushy and soggy.
