Service was great! Super friendly staff and excellent ice cream!

I'm sad how drastically this place went down the hill. It was dinghy, the diving cabinets look like they haven't been cleaned for years, and the working guy had little to no customer service. I will definitely find a new location to go.

Be aware! Manager/owner would not accept my coupon for $1 off. He claimed the ice cream had to be hand-packed, and not pre-packed, for me to be able to use the coupon, but the coupon doesn't say anything like that at all. I left without buying anything, and I won't ever be back to this location ever.

My family and I had an amazing time at this Baskin Robbins! The staff was friendly and upbeat, which made our visit even more enjoyable as we celebrated my son's early birthday. I wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped us, but all I know is that he doesn't like mint chocolate chip ice cream! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Placed a door dash order with them. A very rude man called me and said what I ordered “wasn’t worth it to them” and that they wouldn’t be sending my order. Um why is it on your menu then?? Why are you on door dash then??? Horrible customer service. Don’t go here.
