Waffle House - Etowah

This restaurant is a great spot for locals to hang out and dine. However, on busy nights, the service may be slow due to limited staff.

The food was served cold and my cheesy eggs were given to another customer, yet I was still charged extra for the cheese. Even the bacon was cold. The hostess appeared to be under the influence. The only positive note was the waffle.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The customer service was terrible, as was the atmosphere. We waited an hour for our food, and tickets were being thrown at customers. I will not be returning or giving them my money again. Here is a tip for you: if you can't handle working in the food industry and providing good customer service, find a new job.

Stopped in for a quick two egg breakfast. Got served very slowly and was served our toast way after we'd already started eating half way through our breakfast. Had to ask for twice as well as had to ask twice for jam for the toast.

I give Waffle House 4 stars because I find it incredible that this restaurant chain have been running since 1955Didn’t really go there for food particulary, just the experience.
