Angela's Miami Grill - Athens

I really like the chicken Fajita Bowl and LOVE the jalapeno lime sauce they serve with it. If they bottled that stuff, I'd make the trip to Athens to buy it! Even though they tend to be very busy at lunchtime, we're still able to get in, eat, get out, and back to work in an hour. Even the times they've been obviously short staffed, the wait personnel are still friendly and helpful. One of my favorite places!

We enjoyed our visit and the colorful ambiance of this culinary Casita. The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was attentive without being intrusive. I honestly thought the helpings were a little modest. Also, if you want corn chips and salsa, you have to pay extra. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that does that. I wouldn't rush back.

I enjoyed the Cuban nacho dip, a delicious Cuban sandwich, and the black beans and rice. I will definitely be going back!

Love the Cuban here!! Delicious The steak is amazing!! Also, if you like steak and have not had the ribeye, I suggest you do. YUMMY!! Update: be sure and get there before 8:15 if you want to eat. The kitchen closes at 8:30. Yeah... Why not just say the kitchen closes at 8 or 8:15. Don't say 8:30 if it's too much of an inconvenience to let peeps order before then.

The Cuban sandwich, Macitas, cheesecake, and tres leches cake are all must try.
