Taco Bell - Essex County

This place is horrible. The employee was giving handshakes to his buddies that were there as customers and then started making my food without washing his hands or wearing gloves so I said something and was told we 're not the only place around here and that I can go somewhere else. I haven 't been back in over a year until today and it was the same. We usually order alot of food and try new things on menus but I just ordered 9 tacos because my son wanted taco bell and we went through the drive thru. One taco was wrapped in the bag. The rest were literally just thrown in the back unwrapped. I went back through the line and the young lady rolled her eyes and said I 'm so tired of people and slammed the window. I just took the loss and drove off and went to the grocery store and made my son tacos at home. The manager or whoever is training these employees needs to be fired or do their job and train them right and hold them accountable. Please save yourself from being disappointed and don 't waste your time with tappahannock taco bell.

This was a Taco Bell KFC. I went by to grab my daughter something through the drive-thru, after her doctor's appointment. The staff was rude and threw the bags out the window at you without even acknowledging you. The good seemed to be good but the customer service needs to be replaced IMO.

I think their objective is to be the worst fast food restaurant this side of the Mississippi. Almost like it's part of their culture at this restaurant. There is something wrong every. single. time. Worthless scum that works in this dump.
