I was in Esperance for business and came in for breakfast. We visited Sat am at around 930am. It was not busy as there were at least three spare tables. The person who took my order barely acknowledged me. We ordered 2 breakfast meals and 2 coffees for $62. The person behind the counter was unable to provide a tax invoice for business tax/ GST purposes. It took 15 minutes for coffee to arrive. After 40 mins there was no sign of any food. My husband asked politely and was told it was being prepared. It arrived 5 mins later STONE COLD. We decided enough was enough and left.... I don't fancy food poisoning. I told the manager how upset I was and all he could manage was I'm sorry. I suggested maybe a refund was in order... $50 was begrudgingly refunded... so we paid $12 for 2 coffees and wasted 45 minutes of our lives. Overpriced. Poor food safety. Terrible Service.
