As always, the food experience at vester Vedsted vineyard is without comparison. The focus on local produce combined with the inspiration from the French kitchen creates a unique experience that will challenge your tastebuds. Long time customer of the place and it has not disappointed even a little even once Additionally they produce and sell their own wine, sparkling wine, beer and gin and whisky. All made from own and local produce.

An unexpected jewel well worth a detour. Perfect hospitality in natural and authentic atmosphere. Refined cuisine with local/home-grown ingredients only. Great wine, and interesting information about the vineyard.

We visited with the expectation to taste something slightly different at a Danish winery. What we did experience was the most profound evening of taste and enjoyment. This couple serves the whole restaurant with ease by themselves still delivering a personal touch, guided tour and Michelin quality food. Not only worth a visit, it’s worth a trip to Denmark from where ever you are.

We had lunch with our friends at the venue after our wedding. It is such a beautiful and cozy place and Marie and her kids were very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious also the vegetarian options. The wine and beer selection was extraordinary as well. We can highly recommend this place and whenever we will be back in Denmark, we will come again.

Awesome French food prepared by French chef and served by his lovely wife. They speak several languages like Danish, French, English and German which contributes to making all the guests feel welcomed. You don’t just get lunch or dinner but a true dining experience which last between 2.5 and 4 hours. Each dish is accompanied by locally produced alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages. All ingredients for the dishes are also sourced locally or from own garden. The place comes highly recommended both for the food quality and the atmosphere.
