Sælhunden - Ribe

It was a busy market day by the water but still managed to get a table outside; standard menu for this type of restaurant in Denmark. Serves beer (bottled) from local brewery as well as the usual Danish beers

Very cozy traditional Danish restaurant along the canal in Ribe and easily from the main tourist road. The fish dishes were amazing. The quality of the dishes was very high compared to other restaurants we had been on the street. It was a very beautiful experience. Very recommended to come here if you are in Ribe and want to have a satisfactory quality food experience at a reasonable price

Both excellent service and food! After a miscommunication leading to the wrong main dish, we got a little bite to kill the first hunger, and then the right meals were served. Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. Best dinner in Ribe!

Really nice cozy restaurant. One side is family dinner and the other side is child-free. The menu is really good and the food is excellent. Beautiful location on the side of the river.
