We ordered a tapas board according to their posted menu on their Facebook page. Ordered on 25.03 with collection on 27.03. I have a confirmation of what was ordered and when we wanted to pick it up. We arrived at a restaurant 10 minutes before the agreed time. When we come home, we can see that our tapas do not correspond to the restaurant Hole in a booking with the tapas menu and their pictures. Instead of Grilled Pork Tenderloin there were meat balls. Instead of salmon, there were 2 small watercakes with shrimps and there was no aioli. After many letters in PB on news where we are told, among other things, that we arrived 20 minutes late. (This despite the fact that we arrived 10 minutes before the time that we had explained and had been approved by Restaurant Hole in one on Wednesday 25 March. Restaurant Hole in One claims that they were sure that those who had ordered in time got the content as shown on the Facebook page and that they could just as easily sell our records to others because we did not collect in time. The final result was that we were able to pick up the missing grilled pig stall. But I was met by a lady who gave me our pig girl with an acidic face. It was also said that they were very busy next week and everything was sold out every day, so we could not order. When I write this on her Facebook page, my comment will be deleted and I'm blocked from her page. Yes, it is a person to make a mistake and yes, mistakes can happen. But if you have difficulty correcting your mistakes. It's not okay in our eyes. If you are not willing to take over so many orders, then stop earlier. So everyone gets what they order.
