Zen Bar Restaurant - Erlangen

First time we booked a table by writing an email to the restaurant, as it is asked to do on the website. The booking was confirmed more than one month in advance. When we arrived with 10 people at the restaurant they left us waiting for 20min and explained afterwards that they have no reservation although we could show the confirmation E-Mail. As the restaurant was crowded we left looking for another place. Yesterday I decided to give the restaurant another try and booked a table one day in advance. The reservation was confirmed and actually we ordered something to eat. After a few minutes the waitress came back and anounced that they have no gas in the kitchen anymore and we can change our order to cold plates. The salad was tasteful but actually not what I wanted. Never again!

I went there for dinner but didn't have a reservation, initially they sat me at the bar and then they let me have a table. The food was excellent. I asked for drink recommendations and loved the cocktail they made me. Once they found out it was my birthday they offered me a free dessert. Aniko was the name of the lady taking my order, she was excellent and made wonderful recommendations.

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants of all time. This is a must visit for me, when I am in Erlangen. The menu is extensive, so is the drink menu. They have the best mojitos.

I find this restaurant is in order, the personal is very nice the drinks are typical for these industries the staff is very friendly, the prices are relatiw cheap, the environment is already enough, the toilets are very clean, which I consider very important
