Due to the large tables and the many regular guests, it is very family-friendly and not suitable for an intimate/private meal/ meeting. In summer or in good weather everything plays outside on the beer cellar. There you sit under the many trees. In addition to Franconian specialities such as Bratwurst, Fleischküchle and Ziebalaskäs, the map also offers curry sausage and salad. The price of performance is very good considering that the carpet cellar refers to its sausages and meat products from a local butcher. The service (usually two girls is absolutely top. Always friendly and always on Zack! Unfortunately, I have to take a point for one or the other outbreaks of the Lord. Make the Rappenkeller somehow unhappy... Conclusion: We always like to come for food and drink and recommend the Rappenkeller for a nice summer day for everyone who wants to enjoy the Upper Franconian beer cellar culture!
We were at the Rappenkeller for lunch. It was very good for us: the food was delicious and cheap, the service was very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back.
Was here in April before Easter and again very enthusiastic. Good food, fair prices and very nice services, even if you sometimes have to bring some time. From us for Forchheimer Keller a very clear recommendation!
The ramp cellar is very nice on a podium in the Forchheimer Kellerwald. I have eaten countless Franconian specialties here and everything was very good. My favourite is the Cordon Bleu from the pan! Just fantastic. The bank is also very good for the sash and bread times. I'm here at least once a month and I've never been disappointed.
We were here on a warm summer evening at 20:45 with 6 hungry and thirsty persons. There were good 20 more guests there. On the question of beer and beverages we were told that the kitchen has already been sent away .. quarters before nine guests to make, despite well-attended house evening, that unfortunately you can only evaluate with inadequate. In the network are opening hours, but nowhere are called closing times.. We then moved on two cellars where we spent about €100 and were excellently served. Maybe the Rappenkeller is better before 8:00, but I can't judge that. Note to the operator: If opening and closing times are on the net, you do not travel for free.
