Osteria Forchheim - Erlangen

Four people. Two meals were extremely burned and the four plates had a very bad presentation. Looks like the restaurant is not managed by Italians. No chance to go back. Life is too short for bad meals.

This is a typical Italian restaurant. I would suspect that the kitchen is not run by Italians. If you are looking for a nice Italian meal in Forchheim, I would suggest one of the other options. Here is the food decent and service ok, but if you look a bit harder, there are three other local Italian restaurants, I would go first.

Pizza was okay, but not special. Tables outside were a bit dirty and only cleaned on request and not too happy a face. Unfortunately all deserts went at 10:40 (ok, closes at 11:00). Expresso macchiato strong and good. There were no additional plates for common pizza for children. Was okay, but not remarkable. Probably not a place for which we make another way.

Great food and ambience. Here for work for two weeks. Service is consistently horrible. Very slow service and unorganized. Had to ask for utensils. Never...
