Jimmy John's - Erie

Terrible food that is overpriced. The atmosphere is awful. Every dish is disappointing. The bread is always stale, and the meat cuts are never fresh. I won't be coming back.

I visited the restaurant around 6:30 PM for dinner. The sign on the door mentioned that there was a turkey shortage due to avian flu, and the staff informed me that they were almost out of food. The chips needed to be refilled, and they were out of Diet Coke. There was no iced tea available, and the drink lids needed replenishing. Additionally, there were shovels and ice melt in the lobby, which seemed quite odd for July. The only positive aspect was that the food they did have was actually good.

We have charged for our order. my man went back and let her know and he ended up 2 free sandwiches for the mistake we are from Canada, so the coupons did not really help us. excellent customer service!

There commercial is about getting your food before you can say Jommy John's... this place lives up to the hype.

This sub is called a Beach Club ...Really good tho,also got the oatmeal raisin cookies,along with a drink .... The cashier she was very friendly and didn't even rush me while I was ordering my food...
