Seabay Kitchen Xī ān Míng Chī

This is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time alone. It offers everything I need right on the table or nearby: cleanliness, speed, great value for money, and peace without interruptions. It's just perfect!

This restaurant has seen significant changes recently, with prices increasing over the past few months—a trend that is understandable given the current economic climate. However, I noticed that the portion sizes have also decreased quite a bit, which is disappointing. To make matters worse, a staff member came out from the kitchen and rudely asked, "What do you want?" This encounter really put me off, and I definitely won’t be returning due to the poor service. Additionally, there are some hygiene issues that need to be addressed, as it didn't appear very clean overall.

I didn't have the best experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, and my tea was served lukewarm. The food was greasy, and the quality of the dishes was not impressive. I don't think I'll be returning; there are much better restaurants in Epping.

There were no calls for food in the hotels, which had taken place earlier.
