They asked for proof of vaccination at the door, which was good. The tables were spaced out. The food was served hot and delicious, and the wait staff was quick and courteous. Plenty of convenient parking was available next to the restaurant.

Have you ever seen a T-bone steak missing the good side? What do you expect for $15.99, right? I would give 4 stars if my steak hadn't been missing part of it. Don't order the T-bone because you will end up with an L-bone steak instead.

I am delighted that I had the opportunity to dine at New Norms Restaurant in Encino/Sherman Oaks, CA. Our server provided excellent service, taking care of all our orders efficiently. I will definitely be returning soon.

In my humble opinion. the best tasting pancakes! I love my breakfast. everything was perfectly cooked, delicious and at a resonance price. also the customer service and cleanliness were great. the only thing I would recommend to the company is an upgrade to the coffee. Not sure whether it was the quality of the coffee plant, or if it was watered a bit down so that it does not taste so well, but a good richer tasting coffee goes a long way. I would give the coffee 3 of 5 stars. except that, it was all great! we're coming back.

Our server Natasha was great. However the food was not so great my fries were stale and my chicken sandwich felt like it was a little cold as well. My mom ordered well done for her steak it was not well done it was ****. It was not my best meal that's for sure. The service was great to bad the food didn't match the service. It was new year's day so granted the cooks might have not wanted to be there but just sucks I had to eat food that was cold and stale.
