The restaurant had large sandwiches and fantastic staff! The employees worked well together and had an efficient system in place. They were busy with in-person and online orders, but stayed composed and made sandwiches quickly and efficiently. Excellent job, team!
I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes before closing time, only to find out that they had already closed the kitchen and stored most of their products away. They claimed to have already cleaned up for the night. A customer arrived just 17 minutes before closing and was turned away when she tried to order a meatball sandwich. The employee serving her said they were closing in 5 minutes and couldn't take any more orders. When I asked a staff member if they usually close their ovens 30 minutes before closing time to avoid a similar situation in the future, I was told that the manager mandates shutting everything down and cleaning up an hour before closing. Overall, the experience was marked by very poor customer service.
Bad online order experience. not to wait faster than in their long lines, especially because they help everyone else in front of them. waited for over 30 minutes for a sandwich.
This place is pretty good when they are open. Their hours are unreliable and the staff is either hit or miss.
