I visited the restaurant to order a medium Butterfinger treat, a small twist cone in a cup, and a courtesy cone for our beagle. We received the medium Butterfinger and the courtesy cone, but when I inquired about my small twist cone, I was told that I had already received it. They attempted to resolve the issue, and I ended up with a vanilla courtesy cone in a cup instead. However, the employee who handed us the Butterfinger had another worker give us the vanilla cone, which was quite confusing. Overall, I found the staff to be lacking in attention and organization. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning due to this experience.
