The staff were extremely accommodating and honored the app's discount price, despite the app malfunctioning when trying to place the order.

This Burger Prince franchise is the worst! It is hardly ever open, and when it is, it seems like they are serving leftover food from the last time they were open. I hope this place goes out of business soon so that a better franchise can take its place. They should go bankrupt already!

I am disappointed with this restaurant once again. The food is not hot or fresh, and Burger King should consider demanding a remodel and clean up from the franchise owner. The quality does not meet the standards of a typical greasy spoon diner. The staff is usually friendly, but it must be difficult to find help, let alone friendly employees. The lobby is too small and they could benefit from a drive-thru window. The snowy winter season only exacerbates the issues. I recommend keeping energy bars and water in your car.

Avoid if possible the reviews on here are correct they closed lobby and bathrooms before 8pm when sign says open until 9 and the employee working the register was just rude when ordering and still got the order wrong!! Next time ill pass this place by

The young woman who waited on me was very pleasant. The food was hot and fast. I have no complaints with this place.
