Ferguson Plarre - Eltham

It has been taken over by new management that appear to want to improve customer service and shop products. While this is understandable from a business point of view, it impacts on customer satisfaction. My experience was amazing customer service, coffee, and dessert. It is a clean, organised , and have more products than before which give more variety for customers. I will recommend people to go there more and more to enjoy there time with their favourite coffee ,desserts, and more snacks. God bless you Micheal and Lydia and help you to improve it much better than any time before.

Friendly owners Lydia and Michael and there staff go out of there way to make you welcome. Great coffee made just how you like it. Pies are always fresh and just the right temperature.

I was really surprised and very pleased to find that the coffee was absolutely astounding. Who would’ve thought a bakery of all places would serve such a good cuppa. Fantastic!

Dad and I have been coming to Ferguson Plarre Eltham for many years now. 3 new managment teams and still very happy with the service and products available. To the new managment Lydia and Michael, welcome and thanks for our coffees. Xx
