Tempura Japenese Cafe - Elsternwick

I have bought take-away bento boxes from here many times. They are reliable and reasonably consistent, and fairly good value. The food seems healthy to me. The service is quick.I have only eaten in occasionally. The view is of a service station on a major intersection.The shop is in a stretch which contains several take-aways and restaurants.

Awesome little gem of a cafe serving up fresh and tasty Japanese food.

Really amazing vegan options!! The Mock chicken was super taste in the Katsu-Curry and the Oldashi Tofu was also delish. The food sizes are super generous, so come very hungry or ask for a pick-up container. We also loved the option for BYO

I don't know what happened. Try well $16 for the Bento, $15 for the tempra Udon and for 9.90 the Don Lunch Special what happens.

Tempura Japanese The cafe is located directly at the end of the main street of Glenhuntly (against the Caltex Station). It's been years and that's not the first time we tried. The venue and staff are very welcome. The menus clearly show what... is vegan and there is a good selection from each menu area. Bento Box was very expensive and had a selection of brown or white rice. It came with a miso soup that had a really nice mushroom taste. The tempura veggies udon soup was hearty, very tasteful. free green tea. Eftpos available. No extra charge. Meals took 10 minutes to cook (fresh) and served our table.
