Kasei Sushi Sake - Ellijay

It took longer than necessary to get our food. we ordered two sushi rolls. a California roll and a spicy thunfish with crispy. the spicy thun-fishing roller had more on it than spicy thun-fish and crunch. I expected temporary as any other place I got this roll. There was a bang, but I don't know what it was. it also had what I think was gurke. I didn't ask. I'm not waiting for my lunch. When you get out to eat, it's a day to expect. taking into account the amount of people who were in the restaurant and in which stadia of eating they were, we should have received our food earlier.

No one realized that we were there almost 10 minutes, as we stood at the door. no eye contact, no hallo, nothing. as soon as we finally sat, the dinge seemed somehow back to a normal culinary experience. they were not covered, but we had to fly a waitress on pretty much everything. not sure if it was a night or if the staff was new, but I don't think I'm back. the other sushi restaurant in town is just as good eating and the service is better

To eat one of our favorite places in ellijay. they have a fairly small staff, so they bring their patient and take the time to relax and enjoy their evening. eating is always fresh, delicious and waiting is worth it.

We moved three weeks ago into the opposite and have been twice and have brought friends. excellent!

First our food and our direct server were good. However, we walked in with a reservation, stood in the doorway for quite a while before anyone acknowledged us. Finally, someone cooking said that they would be with us shortly. A server came forward, we said we had a reservation, and we were shown that there were no available tables and our reservation had not been considered because they “didn’t have an iPad.” I am not sure what an iPad has to do with it, but luckily a couple was leaving. We said we would wait outside as to not rush the finishing couple and the server said she would come get us once the table was cleared. She never came to get us. We went back inside where an entirely different server finally sat us. The table was dirty, my wife’s cloth napkin was wet, and there were an unacceptable amount of flies hovering around. Upon leaving I was offered a “shot” (well, it was more or less shouted at me) by a guy at the bar. He must have been a regular patron because it seemed like most of the waitstaff was more interested in he and his friend, than to deal with the dining customers. I don’t want to come across as harsh, but we ate here last year and it was top notch. It was so good that we we’re excited to come back. However, the overall experience this time was very disappointing.
