Chick-fil-a - Ellijay

The service for getting food today was a bit slow for dine-in takeout. However, it's easy to overlook that when all the staff are working hard and smiling! Great job, everyone! Thank you.

I've usually had a great experience here, but tonight was disappointing. I ordered three grilled chicken nugget meals with fruit cups but only received one nugget cup. One of the kids' 5-piece meals and a 12-piece meal were missing. I paid over $33, and the service was not up to par.

This Chick Fil A is ridiculous. Every single time we come to this particular one they always mess up our orders. And we do mobile orders plus the sticker on the bag is right but what they give you is wrong. Order 2 unsweet teas, they give you 1 sweettea and 1 unsweet (this has happened at least 3 times). 2 of the bacon, egg and cheese English muffins fried. You get 1 grilledas 1 fried. No utensils to eat a hash down bowl. And the most recent order same thing with the teas again plus order a 2 piecechicken strip and they only gave us 1 strip. I paid $3.25 for 1 chicken strip. Honestly, we?d go back to get it fixed but theirparking lot is so awful that if you park you cannot get back out and have to wait in the drive thru line to leave again. ThisCFA is closer to us than the one in Riverstone but I will be driving to Riverstone now after so many mess us.

I was amazed on how fast I got my order. They also kept the take out line moving. The salad was very good it had fruit in it. Apples, blueberries and strawberries.

The real issue was in the men's restroom. There was one area with a urinal and only one stall. Unfortunately, the condition of the stall was appalling—there was feces everywhere: on the toilet, the walls, and the floor. I don't know what happened, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the restrooms need serious improvement. This experience completely ruined my appetite, and I couldn't bring myself to eat anything there, unsure if it was a customer or staff member who caused the mess.
