Captain D's Seafood - Ellijay

Every time I come here, it's a plus, the food is always fresh and the staff is nice Captain D's is my place for fish Here on 5/19/22 and dining room is always closed when I go here and I understand short staff, but everywhere has their dining room open

Dear Captain D serves delicious fried fish that brings back nostalgic memories from my childhood. I really wish they had a location in Largo, FL, as I believe they would thrive there. Many snowbirds in the area enjoy a good fish meal.

However, in March 2022, I followed the link provided for feedback, and corporate management responded promptly. They shared their concerns and expressed a genuine desire to make things right. In fact, I received four vouchers for free meals at the Ellijay location. When we returned to Ellijay in March, we decided to visit Captain D's and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The staff was cheerful, greeted us warmly, and took our order right away, which was executed perfectly this time. The restrooms were very clean, and the food was excellent. As a result, I updated my rating to five stars. This story has a happy ending, and we are excited to continue visiting the Ellijay Captain D's. Customer service truly makes a difference!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and made sure to check in on us. I truly enjoyed every bite of their freshly cooked dishes. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
