Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

My first time eating bojangles food. I went through drive thru and gave my order for breakfast coffee and bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. However the 6 cream and sugar were not in the bag.

Best Bojangles yet! Wishing others would take a lesson from this location. Clean facility, quick, friendly, played gospel music on Sunday and food was awesome. Thank you so much.

Every single time I order curbside my order is either never brought out to me or they never recieve it...so I have to wait until they make my order over. Don't go there if you're in a rush or on break from work because you will be late. I placed this order at 9:06, I got to the store at 9:13. By 9:34 I was fed up. I went through drive thru and recieve my order. The young lady at the window was very nice and polite. I just wish bojangles would do better.

Too bad zero stars are not an option. Cashier, slow to attend post, got the order wrong, dirty tables, cold, dry food, like it was last night’s leftovers, no bo sauce, when my daughter went to get a shorted sauce, she was ignored by the cashier who was directly across the counter three times before I got up and the drive thru attendant served me.

Horrible service, orders always wrong, always out of items! You want to give a store a benefit of a doubt but this place needs new management it’s clearly an ongoing problem. When they get your order completely wrong they then won’t give you a refund.
