The Cork Room - Elizabethtown

With a group of seven and we all enjoyed our meals. everyone was impressed by the amount of choice and liked the wine tasting while waiting for our meal. great price of $15 for a selection of five weeps in one flight. the entries were excellent and very reasonable. the walls are covered with interesting pop style and memories.

Fantastic food and drinks in a really cool atmosphere. Service is exceptional and Sadie is a gem. She recommended us a truly great lunch and we'll definitely be back. Don't miss out on the desserts!

Excellent food and beverages in a beautiful setting and well decorated restaurant. They are short staffed but did pretty well considering. They need to get 1 FT bartender to make the drinks so the waitstaff don't have to do it for each table.... or maybe their manager could help out and do that?

Front of house was very disappointing. Did not have a table for our group of 7 even though we had a reservation. Actual server was amazing and courteous almost redeeming the evening until back of house forgot to cook one of our entrees. Rollercoaster of an evening. Would eat here again with lower expectations.

We stayed at Cape Fear Winery for an overnighter..and ate lunch and dinner and drinks at the Cork Room...the staff was amazing..we went with our dog and we sat at a table under a large outdoor seating area..lunch was great..we had a great cosmo by Sadie..note here to mgmt..you should have a dedicated bartender..as the wait staff was doing double duty for bartending..so was a looong wait for food and drinks..and hit or miss for drink quality as some may not really know the nuances for making drink concoctions..but Sadie did..thankfully..lunch no issues..however dinner another story..there was a wedding venue there...and it seemed patrons at restaurant took a second place to the feeding of wedding guests..our dinners took an over the top amount of time ..and staff said it was because of chefs preparing wedding food at same time...our dinners were ok tasty but ice cold..my steak ordered med rare was well done..salmon way cold...our waitstaff great but the actual cooking the food to our plate was disappointing...and this shiuld be addressed..have to have some balance because clearly the food is good...
