The food at this restaurant was much better than the KFC in Irvington! The server was amazing, not only providing delicious chicken pieces but also fresh biscuits, which is a rare find! The location was convenient and despite the small space, the service was prompt. I will definitely be returning! *UPDATE* Even with new staff, the chicken is still delicious and doesn't leave you feeling sick. I will continue to support this restaurant!

The customer service was unhelpful and refused to give me the name of the manager. The soda tasted like water the last time I ordered from this restaurant.

As always, the lack of attention to detail is evident at this KFC location! How can they forget to include an item for an online order that was scheduled for pickup 30 minutes in advance? And to make matters worse, their store doesn't even answer the phone! I'm too far away to go back now! Note to self: Make sure to double-check orders before picking them up!

I have never experienced such long wait times for a meal. The staff seemed to lack urgency and took their time, causing customers to wait for nearly an hour for their food. It was a complete disappointment. I will definitely be avoiding that location in the future.

I give this restaurant four stars because the food is generally good, but sometimes I receive food that seems like it has been sitting for a while. I can definitely taste the difference between fresh food and food that has been sitting out. Despite this occasional issue, this place is usually pretty good. My recommendation is to always request a fresh order, even if it means waiting a bit longer. It is always worth the wait!
