The people their are friendly. They also make good teas and shakes. They also do cardio drumming and it’s REALLY fun.

The Healthy Spot is an awesome place to go when you are looking for a nice refreshment especially with this Texas heat lately. Their energy teas and meal replacement shakes are amazing and taste delish as well. There are many varieties to choose from. Swing by and talk with the owner Claudia. She is the sweetest down to earth person with positive energy and will love to guide you through her menu.

Guys!!!!!! If you havent been here, you are missing out!!!!! The teas here are SUPER amazing, and gives you the perfect boost of energy!!! The shakes...... amazing flavor and all around awesome. But the best part of all, is the guidance and support from the owner... shes an amazing person so thankful i came across her shop!!!

A lot of women say they support women and are here to help you grow and expand as a person and will help with your business goals but when the time comes for advice , support or even help they back out or it was just all talk. This is NOT the case with Claudia. I met her a few years back by coming to the Healthy Spot for drinks and fitness goals. I stopped buying the drinks regularly and would occasionally stop through to say hi and catch up. She has never once pushed her product or business on me and ALWAYS supports my business in any way she can and helps me brain storm ideas. Offers her personal space and time. No fees and no catch... Thank you for always supporting my adventures and for genuine advice. If you live in the area or are just passing through and want to support a genuine person's business who's energy will inspire you to be better then this is your place. There's plenty of places to grab a quick tea and drink but do they genuinely care about you ? I love that the healthy spot feels like a second home and is always beyond welcoming.
