Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered a pizza and the driver doesn't have any change 1st so then I have to call Rosatis and pay with a credit card over the phone because the driver doesn't have change. So now the driver doesn't speak any English so he has to use my personal to speak to whoever meantime my pizza is getting cold. All good open the box and the pizza is all in 1 corner crust all bent. Call Rosatis and talk to ALONDO the MANAGER and does nothing. Worst Rosatis ever¡!!!!!!!!!!! Time to get a new manager also
Absolutely POOR customer service. They messed up the order and weren’t willing to fix it at all for an order that was $200. They were rude and entitled on the phone even after they were the ones to mess up.
Ordered a 1/2 sausage, 1/2 pepperoni pizza. They clearly forgot to put the pepperoni on the pizza while cooking it and just put a ton of pepperoni on one side of the pizza after the fact. Disgusting.
I wrote a review at the end of August about how there dalivary driver gave himself a $10 tip I called them about it and was told I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days I wait 2 weeks never received anything called them back they said the owner was out of town when I called last time so he couldn't do it but he would do it at that moment now we're going on October 4th and I still haven't received it
