Chicago Pizza Authority - Elgin

The pizza tasted fantastic! The original wait time for pickup was 30 minutes. It took 60. The girl answering the phones was sweet and polite but needed help. Will return but will plan on ordering early.

Edible. But I had way better Chicago style pizza for less in California. Not worth the coin. Not the worst either. 3 stars max. The works pizza should be called, the doesn’t work pizza. Tombstone pizza with added bell peppers, and pepperoni is far better than the works. It’s two stars better the little Caesar’s for 3 times the coin.

My wife and I often order from CPA and the customer service is always very friendly and very nice. Even the delivery drivers always have a smile while they fall off and are very nice and friendly and thoughtful when it comes to the weather and do not want to leave the food to get wet so that they wait at the door until I catch it. And the best part is, the pizza is the best I had in this area and has never been disappointed.

The man who took my order was friendly and polite. The Italian beef was excellent, superior to the Beef Villa and I thought that was the best. It was hot and plentiful. The paprika was sweet. Minestrone was only average, I'm sorry to say, but beef has taken care of it.

Pizzas were delivered within the time frame and they tasted amazing. This is one of my favorite pizzas. The delivery guy was really nice. And the girl that took my order over the phone was really nice and helpful.
