I was sent the wrong order and when I contacted the store to possibly change the corrected oder (it was less than 5 minutes in between time) I was told that my replacement order was already in the oven and that the store was backed up by 25 hours and I should be happy that they are eating the $4 delivery charge for the order THEY messed then I got hung up on. I called back to get the name of the gentleman who obviously does not know how to handle his emotions in a professional setting he had someone else pick up the phone (surprise surprise) and told the employee to tell me his name was bobby .......well bobby I am sure you are one of the many reasons why most have lost faith in customer service hence why this location has so many horrible reviews but next time do yourself a favor and stay home. Order at your own risk everyone!!!
I highly recommend J and C!! After having a bad experience with somewhere else, we decided to get dinner instead from J and C pizza and they did not disappoint!! They were super friendly, helped us find a deal that was perfect for our family and it was super quick as we had ordered take out in the store! They even said they would meet us at looker mountain (we’re from Bradford) for delivery free of charge! Highly impressed and will be back! Plus the daily deals ARE daily deals! Thanks again for the awesome food and customer service, give this small business a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Sooo Pizza Hut is a fave for the kids. (And me : With school starting I had them choose what they wanted for dinner and this was what they wanted. Ordered through Grubhub and although there was one tiny issue, the assistant manager, Kimmy, was on the ball to rectify it. Not only is she pleasant to speak with (super sweet! You just can't get upset with her but she took my issue and immediately figured out a way to fix it. That, is customer service. That is how a manager should handle issues. She was compassionate and kind and because of how she dealt with my concerns, is now the ONLY location I'll order from. I will drive to that location if I need to. Thanks, Kimmy! Need more managers like you in the service industry. People should follow suit.
Do not order from here. We ordered a pizza at 6:30pm last night. Was told 7:00pm delivery. At 7:30 I called the store to find out where my pizza was and was told it was sitting there waiting for a driver to come pick it up. I said it's been an hour and was told I could come pick it up if I wanted. I did not have a car to pick it up so I waited. At 8:00pm I started calling the store back to cancel my order and ask for a refund. No one answered. Tried calling until 9:45 and still no answer and no pizza. Needless to say the pizza never arrived and I was still charged. Now I have to drive there today to demand a refund
Fast delivery, good price, pizza was excellent! Will be ordering again!
